Why?
Riding a Triban bike is different to carrying a brand name?
We are independent of Decathlon and btwin branding.
Who is going to broach the issue of Endura kit with btwin (own brand) Decathlon on it?
Do we then need copyright from Decathlon and approval for sign off etc.?
Where do we stop?
I like Mavic wheels as a brand in preference to btwin (and Exustar pedals, Bloc glasses, dhb shoes, my HTC One phone & Strava, Continental Tyres, SIS bottles and drinks etc).
You usually carry branding when you are sponsored, there is most often some form of contractual agreement etc.
Who is volunteering to work through all this then?

Been away for a few days, and have just seen this outcome. Great gesture from B'twin and well done Jason for contacting them in the first place. Great story.

What a great end to a bad situation & a good gesture from @btwin. Will definitely now make me reconsider a B'twin when the time comes to upgrade. Hope you smash this charity ride now!

Sorry for your loss in the first place, never a good experience for any family. Well done to Decathlon for coming to the rescue, so nice of large organisation to assist someone in a low time in their life.
Reading this and my past positive dealing with the Decathlon team, really glad I chose to spend my money with you.
(ps just don't tell the wife, she hasn't seen it yet)

Amazing, I must have sold thousands of Β£'s of stuff for Decathlon over the years as I recommend them to everyone. This just underlines why I choose to spend my money at Decathlon rather than some pile it high sports store. Well done Decathlon and well done JTJ, much respect to you.
