I'm just so glad that we could be of assistance. Could you kindly contact the store manager of the Decathlon Belfast store and arrange a collection time with him and his team. The number is 0289 0422049. I will send him an email to inform him of the situation. Wow! Gonna ring as soon as I pick myself up from the floor!!!! Have a great day.

A Special Thank You to you Jason. Genuinely, lost for words. You didn't have to do what you did, so Thanks for taking the time to send that mail. For you it might not seem that much but for me it's result is truly monumental! Thank You Again! No problems at all, im just glad its worked out for the best

Wow, brings a lump to your throat - Decathlon have my utmost admiration for their stance here; makes me proud to be riding on one of their bikes; liberté, égalité, fraternité .

Hi, I am the Market Manager for b'Twin in the UK. I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Terrible news. B'Twin's global director received an email from one of the forum members over the weekend to see if we could come to your rescue. We all agree that we should help you out. If you can get yourself to a Decathlon store, we will gladly donate a Triban 3 in a 57 so that you can complete your charity bike ride. I'll try to get one shipped over from France by the end of the week. I reckon you could be back in the saddle by Saturday morning.
What do you think? Looking forward to hearing from you. Whoa, I don't think I'll buy a bike from anyone other than btwin in the future with this sort of gesture! PS Can I please have a Facet 5? Mr. btwin Sir?

A brilliant ending to a sh*t story. That should go in the papers as well. I thought Belfast had great service but that goes the extra step. Hope the cycle goes well and the lick you buy isn't too heavy.
