Stupidly i sent mine of on Monday first class post and they seem to have gone missing, don't know why i didn't send "recorded" pissed off to say the least. I hope they're just delayed in the Christmas postal frenzy and turn up somewhere. :-( When I saw them, I first thought I bet the myopia frame is easy and cheap to get spares for, however Google on my mobile is a pain but it doesn't seem to bring up any results? I think the official term is rx inserts? But I definitely can't find any quick easy replacements.

I sent my glasses as well as the insert, i do have another pair of glasses but just annoying that this pair has gone walkies, yes i hope its delayed in the post some where and turns up but i'm thinking it won't, as for the insert it will prolly be to hard to find one that fits the cycling glasses, prolly better just buying a new set from China.

It's a shame about the set of glasses. It probably is better just reordering from China, but I'm sure you're as eager as I am to finally try out cycling sunglasses and don't fancy another wait. Here's hoping for the best. I have little confidence lately in Royal Mail lately, I know a few people whose packages have arrived at the 'final depot' but then gone missing and off the system.

My glasses arrived during the week but i haven't had the chance to try them out on the bike, on first impressions they seem great, very lightweight and just like looking through my own specs, my distant vision is OK without specs but now all will be sharpened up a bit and hopefully be able to read phone screen better while its mounted on handle bars

Tested my glasses when i was out a few days ago, these are excellent, as @alexjm says they are a bit strange for the first few mins but then fine after that, for the price of 30 quid you can't beat it, thinking of getting my reading glasses sent of to get some thinner lens in them

Just it revive this thread, has anyone tried the prescription inserts with varifocal lenses? I was thinking of getting a pair made up for just distance correction but I also want to be able to read my Garmin screen.

Im sure varifocal lenses will be fine baldbloke , get your prescription then take a pic of the insert that you want the lens in and email which ever firm you chose with the info, they will then be able to say yes or no and also give you a price altho varifocal lenses are more expensive ??

Thanks, baz. I need to get an eye test soon so I'll follow it up with the new prescription.
