What I want to know is which saddo thought up the idea of eating sweets in the shape of babies? You'd get locked up for that these days. You think that's bad? Originally they were called Unclaimed Babies! Ok. Jelly beans it is then!

I was talking to him at the annual exhibition and he wasn't sure if he'd be doing it or not. Are you going to go down to spectate?

A big bag of wine gums sorted me out yesterday. I'd taken home made flapjack, a banana and some gels on yesterdays ride but after eating all the flapjack in the first 50 miles i need something else so picked up some wine gums from a garage (they didn't have jelly babies) and these got me through the next 50 miles.

Cycling Active October 2014 issue p107 rates Jelly Babies as tops in a not too serious review of energy sweets. 5/5.
Jelly Beans were rated 3/5

Aldi do JBs cheaper than chips, even at their chip prices.
