Most things if you click them you get a help about it? What do you particularly not understand though?

Then clicking stuff is likely the way to find out.
I'm a big fan of the 75%ile speed... less affected by traffic lights/junctions etc than average.

Feel free to ask me about anything else you don't understand, but there's so much there it'll take forever to cover it all, and the inbuilt helps good.

One thing I have found really useful in Stravistix is the 'Multi-Sports Fitness Trend'. I've found that the graph showing when I'm over-training is pretty accurate, when I'm doing just a little too much and can feel it in my legs then the graph is just into the overload sector. Also I can see from the fitness line that the highest training effect is gained from my real-life rides rather than my turbo trainer time on Zwift. Zwift/turbo time is currently helping me maintain fitness (and that's great just for that one benefit!) whilst the greater training effort from the real-life rides (which are generally longer in time and further in distance) benefits my fitness to a higher degree.

I get much more from zwift at least per hour - but easier to do big time outdoors.
