Flippin starlings..!! They've spoilt it for everyone today. The Great Tits et all will have to do without for a while as those air rats were intent on stripping bare my entire stock of feeders. You scare them off and they don't go very far. As soon as I get sat down in front of the Giro D'Italia they turn up again like a bad penny. I've had a few knocking about recently but word gets around and they turned up en masse. Just waiting for the murmurations later on now.

Don't mind the Starlings at all, have a nest of them and they have just fledged.
Theyre twice the size of the parents though

I managed to find my first bird on tour but don't tell the misses. It looks like a white stork and was resident on top of a mosque's dome. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_stork
