www.strava.com/activities/170607333Early morning one as I'll be busy this evening with getting the kids. I barely slept again and woke up feeling terrible. The ride wasn't much fun, I almost threw up several times, but it's done, and despite feeling bloody awful I still had a few pbs.

One day left after today's ride. It's warm here in Bath. Cycled some cycle paths including two long railway tunnels and along some canal paths which were far too busy for my liking. Nice spin up climb No. 2 of the top 100 UK climbs at the end. TDF Stage 20 : BROC Challenge Ride 30Bath cycle trails, canal paths and Top 100 UK climb No 2 www.strava.com/activities/171124149

Went out once they vacated the area. www.strava.com/activities/171267592/One day left. You know what though, I've enjoyed this, thanks Rad. Tomorrow is my bike's first birthday (and I'm thinking of getting a "summer bike" - guess that mean's she's done me proud)... what should we do for her birthday (allowing that I won't be home from taking my girls back to their mum until 6).

It was a task to ride that often, I thought I'd try as I have a busy time here and it's easy to put the rides on hold - didn't bargain on free hub failure though but it all goes to highlight how much of a feat surviving the whole race is. Well done those who made it, both on here and for real. A glass or two of bubbly is warranted at the end .

Complete. Torrential rain for the last 10 miles and a billion traffic lights took the edge off the ride but can't wait for tomorrows day off. app.strava.com/activities/171578275
