A little clip from G man about commitment - I'm thinking of trying to cycle everyday during the Tour de France; who's with me?

Does 10 minutes count? Busiest two weeks of the summer coming up for me so no chance of doing every day I'm afraid :-( After 20 July is a different matter however so do you think they'll push the race back a fortnight?

A short ride will count, I reckon 30 minutes at pace should do as a minimum or what's the point of getting changed? We'll allow rest on the rest days and also catch ups on rest days for if you miss a ride due to diary pressures. ...but nope, just watching is a cop out, I'm going to try and watch every live second of broadcasting on ITV4 (on PC screen 2 whilst working, book all appointments out of race time etc.) !

Getting back on with a broken pelvis... Hopefully the evenings will be a bit more relaxed than this week once the current Mrs Moss is on here summer break from college (works there, not a student) - so much on this week that I've just had to pass on a free ticket to the team presentation in Leeds tomorrow night!!! Don't ask if ticket is available, it's not, it was a private offer. iMac on next desk is all set for live ITV 4 broadcast during the day - www.itv.com/itvplayer/itv4The 7pm-8pm highlights show should be inspiration enough to get out before dark each day - I will try! - I must also try to commute more.

1/2 an hour minimum is doable for most I would have thought - if GT can ride the TdF with a broken pelvis I reckon we can manage this.

excepting when I have the kids... that's the issue. But, that will probably be only an issue on 2 days, so that might be my 2 rest days... unfortunatley, that makes my very first rest day the tour start day.
