Cocopops: With you having a considerably long leg and being 6'1 i would have said go for the 60 however with you also stating you have long arms, the 60's reach will be quite short. so 63 will be the best option. again test out the bike to make sure that your comfortbale and if you've noticed the tips if given out in the threads for testing, this will help for sizing. If you want to stick to the T3's go for the older model as the newer model isnt exactly up to scratch. If you still want a decent bike I'd go for the new T5. Jdebuse: glad I could help and happy that your all sorted lol dow worry i will gimme a shout soon when your in need of 1 P.S: IMPORTANT: The Triban 3 2012 model will be going up to Β£330 at the end of April and the NEW Triban 5 is now at sale for Β£429.99!

cbrdeano: the neck stems on the bike are certain sizes for certain bikes; so all 63cm, normally come with a 130mm all 60cm, normally come with a 110mm all 57cm normally coem with a 90mm and so on... Does that help?

arny is that price rise on the 5a in shops now? its still 399 on line might have to buy now to get the old price If the website is stating 399.99 take a print screen, with proof of time and date of when you saw this, take it into the shop and show can i have this bike please and if they say okay but its this price. You have physical evidence that the bike is 399.99. But i would advise this now, if you can if you can afford it atm, place an E-reservation as it'll maintain it at that price.

arny5triban
I wonder if we talking about the same item - I mean the stem that joins the handlebars to the steering post
My T3 54 frame has a 100mm stem measured centre to centre.
By your table I would have expected an 80 on the 54 63cm = 130mm 60cm = 110mm 57cm = 90mm

Thanks for that Arny.. P-ssed me off a bit now, not you Decathlon, You would have thought they would have made the 2013 / T3 better not worse? Been through all the decathlon site and not one does the 2012/T3 in a 63?? Well cant afford a T5. So it look like one customer they have lost.. Thanks again
