Just used the rollers for the first real session. Not knowing much about training on them just jumped on them (who am i kidding) and off I went Here are the stats Distance 30km Max spd 56kmh Avg spd 37.5kmh (mustn't forget the .5) Avg cadence 96 Total time 49mins There was a lot more resistance than I thought there would be and you don't realise how much you sweat when you're out and about. Think they will be a good training/keeping fit aid.

Lols . Those times and cadence look very good. Tempted to watch Tour of Britain coverage whilst pedalling away? Dream about what might have been? .

I did another 20 miles on the turbo tonight in front of the tv watching the tour.
30 miles in 40 mins, average speed was around 30 ish I think. Legs achey after that!
Hoping it'll shift some weight and improve fitness when I can't get outside.
I'm lucky, I dont sweat s no problem there.
I guess the turbo is easier than the rollers as you're locked in and supported. Would like to try rollers sometime.
