I'm trying for the life of me to try and find a store that still has stock on a 57 5a this weekend to give a try and the closest store I can find is Southampton that actually has stock!!! Seems every store has T3 red but 5a is flying off the shelves at some ridiculous level. Nobody seems to be able to give me any sort of delivery dates for any of them either! Starting to make me very sad as I thought I would have a shiny new friend tomorrow

Yeah, absolutely miles and can't really justify the petrol money Surrey Quays I could get to for less than a tenner. I guess I'll just have to mope and cry into my pillow all weekend.

That's the thing, I don't want to reserve it as I need to try and bikes and get a feel for the sizing...rather than just pay outright and it may not be the right size

In fact, the guys in Reading held my Triban 3 for a few days until someone could get there to pick it up.

Would help if I could get through on the phone!! Keep trying. Took the guys at Reading ages to answer the phone when I called once, but they are beyond helpful when they finally pick up!

Just a smidgen under 6ft, with 32/33 inside leg. Triban 5 Arny? told me I'd need a 57 and recommended the 5a rather than the 3. Plus I prefer the colour scheme of the 5a rather than the red of the 3. Still trying to get through on the phone, but keep getting an answering machine The website stock levels are annoying me as well, as Surrey Quays shows 2 in stock yet they tell me different!!

Pretty sure the 57 will be fine but I understand wanting to try it first.

Well....I FINALLY got through to the Southampton store...and they've reserved one for me for three days. So now I've just got to do my 160 mile round trip tomorrow to go and test and collect it.
Oh how the Mrs is not going to be happy with me!!!
On that note, as I am getting one tomorrow, are the tyres it comes with total tripe and best not to go to far on them??

Bet your excited though. Those stock bTwin tyres are fine, nothing special but not utter crap either.
