Strava is very friendly with Garmin stuff so I would have thought so, Bandit. As SFO says you need to be able to export TCX or GPX files. These should plug straight into Strava, via the 'upload activity' button.

tcx / gpx files How do you produce these via map source or something ? Have you signed up with Garmin Connect? Website www.garminconnect.com download the plugin for your browser and then connect the Garmin device to the computer and it will read the data into the Garmin connect database. Once done few the activity in dashboard and you can export the activity as a GPX from the little tabs just above the details.

I think if you can connect the device to the computer you can use Strava to input straight from the device. No need for file conversion.

Just click 'upload activity' on Strava and browse on your computer to where you saved the .tcx or .gpx file, and point click 'add' or 'open' or something similar. May have tried that already?
