Hello All,

Just found this site and looks like I am in the correct place.

Have a few bikes at the mo one being a Red Triban 3 and a Triban 100 in silver and black which is my commuter and must say for a budget bike it's great for commuting duties takes lot stick with the crappy cycle lanes and roads we have.

Been trying to find out the bottom bracket size for the 100 but cant find anything on it.

I know the Triban 3 has a 68x115 and one would assume the 100 be the same as classed as a flat bar road bike.

I cant really take it apart as it is my commuter and wondered if anyone would have this info.

Thanks mate thought it was a little slowish.

Yeah was a presumption without taking it all apart which as a commuter i dont wanna do just yet.

Yeah think taking the cranks off is the only way. Will have to wait until the autumn when I park the bike up for the winter then I can service it and strip the thing.
