I bought one of these online for my daughter who lives in a small flat and hasn't space to store a full sized bike. We chose RED partly because of the great experience I have had with my T3 but it is very disappointing. Out of the box it had several areas of minor damage including a chip on the right chainstay which is down to bare metal. More importantly, whilst it clicked into position from being folded, I am completely unable to fold the bike again which defeats the object of the bike. The hinge is stuck hard. I could probably prise it open with a flat head screwdriver or similar but this is likely to damage the paintwork further so I can't even get it back in the box at the moment.

Afraid not Grant. The nearest one may be in France
I have sorted out the folding arrangement, centred the steering, adjusted the brakes so they don't rub and they pull evenly now. I spent a lot of time trying to index the gears. I eventually got all 6 of them working only to find that the rear wheel was not on straight. It is now but the gears are out of sync again. I don't like the twist grip gear change. It just feels mushy and imprecise. A better quality cable might improve things. I guess you can't expect much for Β£200. The bike feels like it was thrown together unlike my old T3 which was beautifully assembled. If the bike had gone directly to my daughter as was originally intended she would not have been able to use it.
