For me it's simply getting better at competitions.
I want to be doing 10 mile time trials in under 21 minutes, 25 mile time trials in under 55 minutes and winning more mid-week club events. Maybe do a 50 mile time trial and get higher up the results in hillclimbs.

Going to try and do more Sportives,4 planned, and do at least my first 100 miler.
Get the wife out on her bike with me, then hopefully she decides she will need a new one, which means i'll have a new one as well (RC 520), good plan methinks.

None in particular. At the start of the year I decided I wasn't going to do any "training" at all, but instead make a concerted effort to just get out on the bike more, stop haring everywhere as fast as I could and explore a bit more. As a result I've had the most enjoyable year I've ever had on the bike and am on target for my highest ever mileage total. So more of the same next year I think.

Hoping to join a cycling club. Having moved to a completely different area of the country, I need something to get me out of the house! The bike has gone untouched since my son was born in July, and I'm planning to dust it off over christmas.
Also, as I'm now Yorkshire based, I am hoping to take in the Tour de Yorkshire and the 2019 UCI World Championships as a spectator.

Most of the audaxes fall on weekends I cant manage, so might try some perms.
To finally do a super randonneur series - including the East and West coasts ride that i crashed on this year. Also some gentle happy touring - the Way of the Roses over Easter weekend and either Scotland or France for a week at the end of August.

Hills are the thing for 2019. Going to train to do the Struggle Dales in May. May well look to hire a bike and ride Mt Troodos in Cyprus in June, but that isn't a certainty. Toying with the idea of getting oval chainrings to help with hills.

No particular goals, but some rough ideas...
I'm currently at 6,500 mls for the year (not inconceivable I could reach 7,000) but I'm not setting a target to match or exceed that, other than I hope to 'naturally' average ~100+ mls per week.
This summer I had a week cycling round France, and I'd like to do a similar tour somewhere, perhaps a bit longer (haven't decided yet whether this will be by bike - might be hiking.)
I would like to do a greater number of shorter camping trips nearer home with the bike - think I only cycle-camped in Scotland once this year, although I had other camping trips down south and/or without the bike.

Not much, I'm not expecting to do anywhere the mileage I have done the last few years.
As mentioned on the audax thread, I'd like to get over to India for work, and will take the bike. Might not happen, though. But I do have some routes set up on strava already if it does.
I am moving to Auckland in Jan, so I will be starting to cycle commute - only 25-30kms each day though.
Otherwise, just get out and find some new places to ride, check out various rail trails (all gravel, alas) around the country.
