Oh, ace, I'd missed that. Really interested in getting one. Guessing you don't know what the chainset is going to be? Hoping for a super-compact but those photos look like a normal 50-34.

Looks just what I’m after to replace the T3a, having decided it’s not economical to replace all the parts I’d now like to upgrade. My local store is looking decidedly short of current models so hopefully it will arrive soon so I can use the cycle to work scheme.

The worldwide launch is on 21st Sept in London, there is a UK version of the RC520 which will be available shortly afterwards, other models will be available from Jan 2019. I'm hoping to be able to go to the launch and get a test ride, if so I'll report back

I'm up for a change and would be willing to look pass external cabling and non inspiring (for now) paint job. I wonder whether they really gave it a good spin around the shop, among all those kids, with that half a$$ attached rear brake ?

I was hoping for an Aero road bike in the new range after the concept B'Twin posted on social media a few months ago... I guess that won't be happening.

It looks like the in store date is 8 October so I'll be heading along then and hoping there are some to see! If the price is confirmed at £750 it would be a great contender for the Cycle to Work scheme. Just need to pick the right size frame now as flexibility definitely isn't what it was five years ago and comfort is high on my list these days.

It will be interesting to see how it compares to the Merida Silex, which I think is the next best vfm option in this category (on the ‘other’ side of the world anyway)
