Been on the lookout for a new bike for a while and had been sorely tempted by either a Giant TCR advanced 2 (red and 105) or by this which is out and out bargain:

In the end, the choice of CR being right on my doorstep handy for any issues, I can get a 10% saving on the price and the fact that I’m skint meant that I went for the Boardman rather than the Cube. The colour scheme was also a contributing factor. Albeit that the model is a few years old, it was listed at £1900 and got very good reviews. Weight weeny builds out there have regularly posted sub 7kg build when using this frame so there’s plenty of upgrading to be done over time. The Cube was/is a fantastic bargain, but the extra £300 was just a bit too much to justify….hopefully a decision I wont regret too much.
Will get some pics posted as soon as I collect, though a pity the bike is in a warehouse and delivery wont be in for a few weeks at least, by which time I’m then away for a bit so likelihood I’m not going to be able to pick the bike up till end of July, but gives me something to look forward to when returning from holidays.
