My 3 month old Ultra 700 AF suffered a bit of damage at the weekend as someone I was riding with had an unclipping incident and fell on my bike while I was waiting at some lights. I initially thought it was just the big chainring which had bent, but my local bike shop has tried to fit a new one and the problem of it wobbling is still there and they say I need a complete new chainset.
Is it worth me taking it into Decathlon to try and claim the replacement under warranty? I know warranties don't cover crash damage but this damage seems almost bizarre.

Surely warranties cover faults with equipment - not someone crashing/falling onto your bike?

You need to claim off the person who fell on you. Good luck with that.
