Hi All, I've been searching for brand new Triban 3, 57” size for some time and finally managed to get hold of a brand new, unused example. I found it on eBay and despite my worries that it would be less-than-perfect, as you can see from the photos, it's genuinely unused and brand new. ![]()  i

I was literally jumping for joy when the bike arrived at the office. And having taken it for a very quick spin, I'm even happier. I was astounded to be able to find an unused Triban 3 (red) for a very reasonable £150 and £47 delivery = £197!

Looks stunning straightsix and brings back happy memories. I was riding behind my lad this afternoon who was on my red T3 and was hoping he realises it's just on loan.  Like the packing box background in the pics. Looks like you opened it up on one side and immediately thought "Wow! Need to take a photo now!" Reminded me of this... |

I was riding a Python RX4 (see below) without much enthusiasm, before I managed to get the Triban 3. It's a perfectly reasonable bike. I then did a back to back ride to compare the two, and the lightness, accuracy and manoeuvrability of the Triban 3 was so evident, I can now see why it was so highly lauded on release. The Python's now on eBay..  Here's the T3 next to the Boss's bike, an Avanti Giro F1 Womens bike. It's a great bike with much better brakes than the T3!  |
