Things changed from standard listed below. It is a cracker to ride now and a fast machine. Weights in at 9.5kg (not including pedals). Will be keeping it as it is now.

Nice, I just made a comment elsewhere that a white t3 was the smartest looking bike I saw over the course of a 4 hour sportive on Sunday.
Keeping it as it is? There's always scope to do more. Fulcrum racing quattro wheels would set it off very nicely

Was considering some Fulcrum 7's but had already upgraded to RS11's (from Shimano R501) so decided to save a bit of weight on the tyres (been rotational mass as well) and the ones have got on now are excellent and have great rolling resistance (although not the cheapest).

Yes, the Contis have a good rep. I swapped the equinox 2 tyres on my 540 for Michelin pro4 endurance this year and have been happy with them. I changed to the fulcrum wheels at same time so hard to say which is bigger benefit.
