What is best setup of standard T3a bars should lower bars be parallel to ground or on same plane as top tube Is it personal preference or what best practice?

Personal preference to an extent but extreme angles can look odd. Having the brake levers vertical I think looks 'right' and I like the foreward facing tops fairly horizontal going onto the hoods - down is more sporty, up more relaxed but you will need to remove the bar tape to move the shifters.

Having only had drops for a few months now,I've had to do a bit of tinkering to work out what's best for me but as said above its personal preference really. I've found it best with drops horizontal to ground, with hoods moved up the bar nearer to me, basically at the top of the curve but before they start pointing skyward.
