I like Pro 4s but they don't age well. Don't ask me the mileage but there is plenty of tread left on these. They are just looking so tired. (no pun intended). I am thing of changing to Schwalbe Ones but really want to upgrade the wheels first. These are 23mm Service Course and are getting on for two years old. I think I may cause the wear on the side walls by wiping them dry after washing them after most rides. I too am interested in the new Michelin but I understand they will not be released until stocks of the current SC are sold.

Mine are SC, plenty of tread but the walls of them had gone. Wow, you've done well, do you swap front and back? My rear really didn't last well, under 700 miles before it was just repeatedly puncturing.

I ask for the pro4 service course, because decathlon have nice price for them. But I think I'll buy the GP 4000 online, they have much better reviews.
thanks to all

Thats two set that have done 2 - 3k, third set are on about 1.6k and a fine at the min but these are on the summer bike. Each time i've swapped front and back as the walls had gone on them both.

My SC's got 2k miles if lucky but I rode them in all weather. Side walls went with still plenty of life in the middle. Shame but a great tyre none the les.

For pedals Ive just bought some Xpedo Thrust 7's. I got them off Aliexpress. I dont think Xpedo make them anymore. They are made out of Magnesium. Total weight is 235g so lighter than Dura Ace ( Im not saying as good as!). Also come with two pairs of cleats (Look Keo equivalents). Ive not fitted yet as I want to get some more wear out of my Shimano cleats which I only bout in sept.
