I think I haven't officially said hello and introduced my Fhench Hed yet, let me do this then with this picture from last year's Ronde Van Vlaanderen: She was my very first road bike (have only ridden MTBs before), and my way to decide if I was going to like road cycling or not. And it's thanks to her that I got properly involved, and soon got myself a younger, lighter and faster N+1 - now using her for commuting and local errands. Oh, and also for Belgian cobbles...

Belgian cobbles, they're like beginner's cobbles, yeah? Before tackling real cobbles like Paris-Roubaix?

Belgian cobbles are the originals - most of the cobbled classics happen there after all, Frenchies just want to have their slice of that cake with P-R. And even though most says that P-R is more difficult, I had the impression that it was actually easier one of the two - but that's perhaps because I had a good weather there, while RvV was properly miserable - rainy, muddy and cold. Anyway - took a few new pictures over the weekend - here's my red T in its current retired commuting state:

It's my 50th birthday in 3 years time, I fancy doing the P-R sportive as part of my year of celebration βΊ
