I'm 26 and have the flexibility of someone at 66. I struggle to gracefully throw my leg over the top tube of my bike without hitting it a kick. Anyone using any specific flexibility training plans or have any useful stretches to recommend that I can fit around my weekly riding?

I'm 40 and very flexible... I can make Tuedays, Thursdays, Fridays and most weekends! Ger, you have to start worrying when you make a little grunting noise any time you stand up or sit down.

Thankfully I haven't got to the stage where a little fart creeps out... at least not all that often

In the words of my missus "yoga, without the b0ll0cks". Lots of core stability exercises and stretches.

Apparently i'm very UN flexible! I actually thought i was fairly flexible until i went for a bike fit. Yoga was recommended, he said even just to do a bit of Wii Yoga, the intention was there just never got around to it.

I'm going to go for a racier bike than the T3 so want to make sure that I'll be able to get comfortable on it. Going to see my bike fitter probably wouldn't be a bad shout.

Well said lenodd, i can go along with the core work and stretches, personally without them i can quickly get into a world of lower back trouble. It made a world of difference when i started down that road now it's part of my daily routine...
