Tummy became upset when I returned home but thankfully no more than that. Same here after 60 miles :-( Must be something in the air over here.

A lack of hydration and fuelling I think I know I can make improvements in both areas. Will just have to be mindful of it.

Ger, have you been eating tinned rice puddings with ringpull tops before riding? These have been known to activate the rear thruster

Ger, have you been eating tinned rice puddings with ringpull tops before riding? These have been known to activate the rear thruster I haven't but rear thrusters sound fast so perhaps I should?? I'll plan a longer ride and try a food regime and see where it gets me.
