Hello!
Im doing the Ride 100 next year, so need to gradually build up my fitness and distance.
However living in London there are lots of traffic lights which get in the way and make it very difficult to get into a rhythm.
Can anyone recommend any good spots for doing some uninterrupted training?
Thanks!

Eish!
Try and ride a quiet route to Richmond Park is my recommendation.

I agree with KiwiBeard Richmond Park is probably the best place to get some uninterrupted training. There are some good routes around Richmond Park as well so you can vary the laps. And theres a pretty quiet route going there as well.

I have entered the Ride 100 too although I wont know if I am successful until next year
Would be up for joining you all if you dont mind a slow one joining you.
If you are interested in a trip into Kent I'm happy to plan a traffic light free route

Not that close to you but me and a friend regularly go and do laps around Regents park. Not that far at around 3 miles but aside from Regents and Richmond parks there aren't really many uninterrupted routes in London for cycling!
