Looks good. Pretty much all the changes you've got there are what I've been contemplating and, like you, the full 105 next Summer is a possibility. Need to make sure that the engine can justify the expense first!

Is that straight after fitting the chain and cassette or are you a cleanliness freak?

OMG... it's my bike!
same saddle, same wheels, same bike. Your chain is shinier... even when mine is clean.
Obviously that makes it a damn fine looking bike.

Good call with the 105. I'll be doing the same at some stage. Great upgrade to make a very good bike a very very good bike

I have red Michelin tyres on. they look cool (if I do say so myself). Also faired pretty well in the wet yesterday, the shimano brake pads were no better than the stock ones though (worked less well than the Clarks, but less rim eating noises).

Red and some wind turbines from last night. Forgot to get the chain into the big ring for the photo. Doh!

New Deda Zero 1 stem fitted. Love the glossy finish and white detailing. Matches the bike lovely. Will pair it up with some nice bars at some point. Out front mount for the Garmin next though. It covers the stem in its current placement. Oh and it's 30g lighter than stock stem. Gains!

You could get a nice new set of Deda bars, then maybe get a new frame then...
