A few upgrades on my Triban 5.2 (5.3 from now): new 105 brakes (due to the rust on the original BTwin-Tektro brakes) and some blue components (due to the Decathlon offering at 10 euro instead of the normale 20 euros price).

Well done Ale. Now you probably need new brake pads.

Well done Ale. Now you probably need new brake pads. Yes I need, but this was due to the Passo Rolle descent (20 km 1000 mt) rode under heavy rain. If you want to make a good time along a descent you don't want to use brakes too much!

Fantastic photographs! Brilliant performance cacciatorino ! I'm very envious. The only disappointment is that you were 'only' 7th! You need to get back up there and do it again properly!!

Loved the pictures and very envious of the sunshine There looked to be one photograph that made you feel at home @robert . It looked as it the poor T5 was parked next to a road that resembled a lake!

That photo was taken in Corvara, the city of the famous granfondo "Maratona Dles Dolomites", a race for amateurs in the Alps, with thousands of cyclists that take part in the event. I recommend a cycling holiday in Val di Fiemme (northern Italy, close to the border with Austria), it is a paradise of mountains and reserved bike routes. www.visitfiemme.it/en/active-relax/bike-and-cycling/road-bike

It looked as it the poor T5 was parked next to a road that resembled a lake! that is the "Passo Rolle" climb, quite easy with 1000 meters of elevation along 20 km of route. It was a rainy day, with a real storm that affected all my descent, and 4 degrees of temperature at the top.

Me and my Triban 5 on the Magazine The whole story: Cicloturismo is an important italian bike-magazine (80.000 copies per month), and they went to meet our team to make an article on the Granfondo that we organize in september (Fondo Leopardiana, 19th edition in 2016). The journalist wanted to make a lot of photos on the track, so my BTwin had the honour to be represented ot the paper!
