Just an update on my recent purchase of my a Triban 3
1st one replaced and refunded £150.00 no quibble.
Still had trouble with derailleur on 2nd new bike, chain was constantly catching and gear change difficult despite paying to have reset.
Took my bike into the Dales Centre in a Reeth who put on a much sturdier derailleur. Result one perfect bike again.
Contacted Decathlon at a Sheffield and without a quibble have sent me a cheque for £30 for the new derailleur.
Excellent customer service, won't hesitate to buy from them again

Can't fault Sheffield, they've bent over backwards to sort my bike out. Move to Sheffield ?
