Looking good andsaw. The red really sets the tyres off with the bike.
How do you get on with the guards? They look a decent fit. Like the full coverage to the front of the rear guard. Looks like they will cut down on spray and general muck flicking!

They are ok, the rear has an extra bit that stops getting crap on the front mech which works, the front could do with a flared tip at the bottom and then they would be perfect, im looking for something that could fulfill that purpose.

Very nice. I purchased some crud mk 2's the other day. Fitted them last night. The rear one fitted ok but I'm still getting some rub on the front. Any ideas??. I've changed my rubber for some Victoria rubinos. They look the dogs. Id rather not have guards on but the weather is naff .

Hi Jdebuse, I had same prob with my front was rubbing on the small piece in front of brake caliper, so i slackened the cable tie which raised the tip of the guard then it wasn't central the guard so then i swung the cable tie from left to right which made the front tip of guard move to the left or right and this worked for me,no more rub and is central now. Hope this is of help.

Cheers Darren. I've tried a few of those sticky back pads that came spare with the kit. I've placed them near to the screw. I've then then replaced the front piece and screwed it down. It's taken the guard away from the tyre without distorting anything. Thanks for your advice. Always appreciated.

I've left mine on just got used to it, they'll be coming off soon anyway. (Hopefully)

Tell me about it. I'm always checking the weather now!!!! Sick of bloody rain and snow all of the time. Let me guess, we're going to have an Indian summer just like the last ten years. NOT

I don't care what sort of summer we get, so long as we get one.
