Hit the nail on the head there, @bpspider (note to Big Brother, are we allowing sponsorship now?). This site is what users make of it, there is a mass of info on here, almost every conceivable question has been asked and answered, and the content ranges from the factual to the completely subjective. (Take a LOT of time to look through, @bpspider!). Every post makes this site better, so don't hold back. Welcome aboard.

Hello, no t going out on the bike today as weather is poor and I got work tonight. Managed to do a 50 mile ride this week and also a 20 mile. I got a spoon saddle on my triban 5 but I am thinking of upgrading it because I get uncomfortable after about 35 miles.

If you have found the forum helpful in solving any of your cycling problems or followed and tips and advice to good effect, then please let us know. We are here as a community with one aim in mind. To discuss and help Triban users. I personally think it's common courtesy to acknowledge the assistance given when looking for info and advice. We have 100's of members but it seems there is the usual core of active members who answer queries and offer advice. If someone is having problems and you know the answer, please let them know. The Triban Owners Club is an informative forum which is quickly being recognised as a very good reference point for help and information. Please get involved and help us build a bigger and better forum. Your feedback on the forum content is a valuable tool which will help to create an even better community. Don't sit back and play no part, get involved, join in with the chat. Many people have already stated that this forum is one of the friendliest forums on the web. There are no hidden agendas, no ego building and an allround good friendly atmosphere. It'd be great to hear from you. Enjoy the forum, enjoy your Triban!

I see 234 have viewed but not one has said hello ... lots of sneaky lurkers ! Just become a member. Love Tribans and love the site. The wealth of info is excellent. Riding a T5a 57. leisure and fitness. returned to cycling after many years and re-discovered the love of road biking. Thanks to all concerned.

Guilty as charged. Been a lurker for a while now Both my wife and I are proud owners of the red T3. Wasn't too keen to become the Howard & Hilda of the cycling world but as she's now caught the cycling bug big time, couldn't find a better value bike than a brand new T3 at Β£250. Guess I should do a proper intro and stop lurking

I wish, i spend most of my time on a Ridgeback Rapid for commuting, saving the 7 for when its dry and sunny which hasn't happened much this year so far!
I'm impressed with the hills and busy roads you keep riding on, we should do a BTWIN cycle weekend starting from Reading on weekend......

Hi all, just wanted to say your forum and you guys are the reason I now (since last Friday) own a beautiful red tribal 3, with the carbon forks, after reading all your great info on here, in fact, I also reset all the gears from scratch, changed to spds, made my own spacers for the brakes and have got a 2 axis adjustable stem on the way because of all the fantastic and friendly techy info and advice on here, I would not have had the confidence to do it all otherwise (and being a female I'm quite proud of myself!). I've ridden a mb for so long now that I didn't want to get the wrong model only to put me off road riding (as never ridden a road bike before, wow what a whole new world I'm discovering) and I can truly say you guys did good THANK YOU
