To be honest oldie e45 would do the job The question is do you smear yourself or your shorts? I don't use it myself I'm obviously lucky or just don't do enough I'd only get the assos expensive stuff if someone else was paying

What about getting rid of hairs in that place? burn em off with a lighter. Just try not to break wind or you'll set fire to the curtains

I use Chamios Butt'r
Costs about Β£12.99 for a big tube and lasts for ages. Dont bother with Assos cream, as its a small tub and really expensive

Just drop yer kegs, turn on the gas hob and hover over it, mate. It'll soon get rid of any bum fluff. ps: get it wrong though and you will have a sora undercarriage.

OK Guy's, lets try and keep it on track (there's no way am I going near any flame with my undercarriage!). I do have some questions about this stuff and it is not the kind of thing you spark up a discussion at the pub (unless you have had a few pints I suppose).
I am gearing up for a 4 day cycle trip, about 50 miles a day. Do you recommend some chamois cream? If so, do you put it on everyday or only if it is painful? Do you apply it to the pad or directly onto the skin?
Cheers.
