Watching that video (a few weeks after buying a Proviz jacket) I find myself drawn more to the shoes and saddlebag. I read a study somewhere (a while ago) that said the best way for a cyclist to make themselves visible is not on reflective patches on a static part of the body, but instead on the lower leg and feet. The reason being that the cycling motion is typically 'human' and make an onlooker's subconscious better recognise it (probably as a threat). So, having glowing white feet in the dark is good. I might look on the Deca site to see if the saddlebag is there too.
I won't be wearing the Proviz for anything other than commuting (as its boil in the bag). So, what I like about this top is the stripes down the arms. I'm always worried whether cars can see me indicating to turn (especially right). I think this stripe would help.

Very interested in this range, well done Decathlon; as Paul says, reflective segments on moving areas like the lower legs and feet would be ideal.
