So I'm thinking of buying A rear wheel and putting on a trainer tyre rather than swapping tyres all the time. If I buy a cassette 8 speed do I need to fit a spacer? All 650c from decathlon

thanks for that, if I fit a 12-32 instead of the stock 12-25 will the gears need adjusting? and also will the 12-32 be better for hills? Sorry for all the questions quite new to this

You will likely need a longer chain.
You will need to check that you have a long cage derailleur that can cope with a 32.
You might need to fettle the gears - I always do every time I remove the back wheel. But there shouldn't be much change.
An 11-32 on my Mach (with a semi-compact) helps me up hills significantly! However, if you have a triple, then you should be able to get up most things on the small front ring with an 12-25.

Where have you seen 650c trainer tyres? I couldn't find one for live nor money. I don't think they make them.
I ended up just getting as slick a 650c as I could instead.
