Hi all, just taken delivery and fitted the above to my T3. Will ride home and report (with pix) on it's performance a little later.
Successfully mounted it to my stem cap - helpful LBS and Ben at Decathlon (Soton) both were reassuring (as manual says not to mount this phone holder on carbon forks. Consensus of opinion is that this advice refers to fully carbon forks, not those with aluminium rods like the T3. Please no one ask me to explain that last sentence!

Not waterproof, definitely shower proof though. Comes with a rubber 'poncho' I think they call it. Pix later should explain a bit more. It's an elegant solution, rather than a bomb-proof one. Product webpage says it will fit into the Topeak drybag, making it waterproof, but this ruins the looks IMHO! Link to product it is here: www.topeak.com/products/PanoBike/ridecase_ip5_bkI know they do iPhone 4 cases, and possibly others.

Okey dokes, the review. I still have a working iPhone, so the Topeak passed the most critical test! Initial thoughts are that it is very well engineered, high quality machined parts. The phone clips into the housing very snugly (use of the provided plastic sheet to guide phone in is essential) and feels very secure. You just need to tighten until firm the stem bolt, so no risk of damaging the carbon forks. The phone is now in a very practical position, with great visibility. The poncho that comes with it is a tough little number, seems rugged enough and water resistant enough to offer a high level of protection. Even if the phone were to somehow dismount itself and hit the deck the phone could still survive. My road test was 10 miles or so of bumpy road, cycle path, a bit of kerb action and even a little off road. It handled it all brilliantly, at no point was I fearful for my phone. The ability to switch the display from landscape to portrait is great, so Google/Apple maps etc look great. Am looking forward to the Giro d'Italia coverage on Sky Go so I can pretend to be in the tete de la course... Only issues, and these are very minor, are that the poncho is so robust the volume from the in-built speakers is rather diminished. The poncho, for obvious reasons, makes no provision for headphones to minimise water ingress opportunities, and the qualities of the poncho mean the screen suffers the visual equivalent of muffling. My OH will be getting one (in white for her Fit 3) and I'd thoroughly recommend this product. I just have to set my iPhone not to sleep after 2 mins to take advantage of my newfound toy! Hi BA, funny you should ask! Mine's arriving on Friday. I'm going to use the older one designed for the iPhone 4S and hope it works with my Lightning USB wire. Can't see why not. Β£59.99 at Halfords, I think it was. Have seen it on sale for much more, and supposed to last for three full re-charges. Will let you know if it works!

Quick update to my review. Now running Shimano 501 wheels and original tires. There's more vibration through the wheel, it seems, as there is an audible vibration created by the phone holder. Not annoying really, and am sure it's removable. Have checked the rear bolt, it isn't that.
When I change my tires, the issue may disappear. Will post an update then.
