Almost managing to get in a festive mood here - meh, bah humbug ... but struggling a bit, we're hosting the clan tomorrow (first time in years, as we usually get to freeload off their efforts). It's almost like a work day, gearing up for feeding the masses (how long to cook that bladdy turkey (?) , peeling hundreds of sprouts n spuds, faffing about with stuffing, making bread sauce, trying not to blow the house up with flaming brandy etc ) - oh the fun of it all ... ... anyway, have a good one, all the best to one and all!

All of the above then all the f'kin washing up ,just as "I" finish it someone comes out & says " Oh you've done it I was just coming out to give you a hand"

Merry xmas and happy new year to all on here. What a day for eating - xmas dinner, Ferrero rocher's, Belgium chocolate biscuits, chocolates, French choc crepes and beers over the festive period as well. Am sure a few runs on the T3 will soon burn off the excess cals.

Hope everyone had a top Christmas and got what they wanted (cycling or non cycling related) I did well on the cycling goody front.
Ate too much, drank too much and exercised too little, barring a few good dog walks.
Not to worry, only New Year left to endure then the training programme can start in earnest.
