ok deleted, thought pedals and calf muscles were cycle related and relevant . for me cycling is about stress release/ enjoyment and fitness and not about chasing figures/ someone elses figures on strava.. sorry for the inconvienience

I reckon that you could have some fun with this: How about these for example: - Pick a cafe that's a bit further away than your usual ride and aim for it.
- At least 2 hours cycling in the sun.
- Find a pub with a new guest ale (just a half) and ride to it.
- Find a new place each week with breathtaking scenery.
- Climb a tough hill and just be pleased that you managed to do it without getting off.
These would look good on Strava e.g. PB King of the Cafes: Furthest distance travelled to a new cafe etc.[/ul]
