My raceblade long rear went the same way and despite several attempts to glue it back together it eventually snapped completely in two. I emailed SKS and they kindly sent a replacement free of charge. Didn't get any lager though Cheers for the guidance on this, lowey . SKS are sending me the 4 sections of mudguards due to the crack on the rear and the defective clips. They said they need to wait until the rear section has come out of production. I presume even though they are now discontinued that they are having to produce more parts to satisfy warranty issues. The customer service has been first class. Thanks again. No worries @davefy7. I was surprised they sent me one just off the back of the photos I sent, no need to provide proof of purchase. They also paid the postage Like you said, first class customer service. PS...it took about 3 weeks to arrive.

Glad you guys got things sorted.
When they emailed me about discontinuing them they did say the development of a replacement product was in the pipeline... i wonder if it uses same dimension mudguards and thats what they are producing for you Dave? Maybe part of the redesign is new plastic that doesnt crack as much?

If the replacement blades are the upgraded model it would need to have the same facility to clip into the existing brackets attached to the bike. It sounds like the replacements will be the same as existing which will probably last me a couple of winters before the need for cable ties and splints etc. If I get an upgraded version with improved plastics and clips then that would be a big bonus. As it stands, the existing mudguards are functioning fine with the repair and the use of cable ties so the existing and replacements items should last me for quite a while into the future.
