I think he looks big for the bike because of the way he's trying to hold for the picture, it's certainly not relaxed, but is it ever, really?
I recall reading somewhere about bike fitting......."it's getting all the bits in the right place and then a case of how long can the rider hold that position and still function". I paraphrase, but that was the gist of it and it's stuck in my mind. If you wanted to be comfortable, you'd sit in a reclining chair and watch the telly.
Sadly, sitting on a bike is never going to be like that. You balance your barse on a rock hard seat and couple this with a position which if you had to hold it for your daily work, would have the HSE on your employer's back.

6'1" - not being rude, but a lot of that height seems to be in your body and not your legs. Is that the case? If so, that is probably why you look slightly larger on the bike (ie reach)

goffski - no access to a Turbo, unfortunately, otherwise I'd be all over that app! demonkarlos - I have long(ish) legs, but proportionally short arms (compared to my leg length. I wear 33" length trews) - this was an issue when I started driving and my first car didn't have an adjustable steering wheel! ... so the 60cm frame would be too long as I've actually put a shorter stem (90mm) on the Triban as I felt like I was being stretched out too much.
