Might not be a big milestone for some of you guys, but I set myself a goal of doing 100 miles this week.
Work is horrendous ATM and I'm doing 10-12 hours every day, so these miles were done on the turbo trainer, mostly at around 25-30 mph.
I'm hoping to get a few rides in as I have a few days off now, actually on the road!
Health issues are dictating the increased effort, it's exhausting but needs must!
It's been 20 miles s night since Sunday. Yesterday I couldn't even stay awake so tonight e the finisher.
Slightly proud of myself!

Hitting your target is always time to feel pride. That good feeling really helps motivation. Good work!

Well done buzz.... I had look at strava last night for the first time in a week and noticed all your Turbo rides. Dangle a cream cake 2 feet in front of your bike.

Am having a well deserved break in the Cotswolds this week with the family. Found one lovely hill I'd love to tackle if I can find it again lol Will try to notch up some more actual road miles next week if I get a day off
