I am going bonkers. Fell off last Thursday. Bruised my whole left side but pulled a couple of muscles in my groin. Now can hardly lift my leg in some directions. Especially upwards or sideways.
Any tips on quicker recovery. Regreased my hubs in my normal ride time and can't wait to get back on the road!

Book yourself an appointment with a saucy young physiotherapist. That should help with any stiffness Seriously, just try to get things moving again but don't overdo it. Good luck with your recovery.

Lolling at you lot. I think being clipped helped me not impale myself on the bike as it was a sideways slide/fall. Helmet (cycle one ) saved my head defo. Bikes in one piece. Woo
