Fitness and lightweight touring for me. I use my P7 for heavier touring.

Having said that I started cycling for physical improvement/medical reasons, I should have added that I keep cycling because I really enjoy it.

Got my T3 for fitness. was (still) planning on using it to commute to and from work. its only a 20 mile round trip but due to shift work find it hard to motivate myself. easer to jump in car at 5am.

Mainly fitness by taking on longer runs at the weekend or when I plan some evening routes with friends.
Doesn't get used for commuting or 'fun' got my Nework 3 and single speed bike for those purposes.

I bought mine as part of my continuing effort to become fitter and hold back the rot.
I'm 54 and have high blood pressure for no apparent reason ( being a non-smoking, healthy-eating, 70kg). The Triban was a better bike than the heavy hunk of junk I bought on the 'Bay.
