Here's a better hosted pic NOTE: IMAGE SUBSEQUENTLY EDITED AFTER THE FOLLOWING POST WAS MADE - RADCHENISTERYou're forward of the spindle with the knee so should be ok there, you may find you can push the saddle up over time, mine has come up from on the '0' to just over the '1' on the seat tube. My hoods have leveled over time, they were a bit like yours at the start:

Without going into anything else, my initial impression is that that saddle looks very low indeed.

Difficult to tell without seeing someone on the bike, he's 5'8'', I'm 5'10'' with 32'' - 32.5'' inside leg.

Without going into anything else, my initial impression is that that saddle looks very low indeed. I've got short legs! and monkey arms! I might creep it up a bit. Image edited, my mistake, orange line is my knee position, slightly behind.

Should have left the image for others to follow as thread was confusing from the start, now my comments make less sense.
The dim is minimal so I wouldn't worry too much, although putting the seat up will probably move it back more ... I'm going to shut up now because without seeing you ride it and checking the geometries and dims in person, there's little more to be gained.
