I see a lot of people on here have links to their Strava data.
I use Endomondo which is free. Are there any advantages of switching to Strava?

You can export from endomondo to strava so no need to pick, you can use both.
I use endomondo app on my phone for tracking, but then export it all to strava for segments.

both seem to offer very similar data on the free account, I think the main difference is the segments on strava. both show time, avg speed, max speed, calories, etc

I used to used runkeeper, when on mountain bike and a bitt of running. Since getting back into road cycling I've downloaded Strava and I really like it. One nice feature is the home privacy, which hides your home location so thieves can't follow your trail to your garage/shed. (Something I noticed about runkeeper when setting of from home) I've made a couple of segments on my routes to keep track of my progress - I'm way down the leader board, even though I've just made them! Some people do get upset when they loose KOMs: youtu.be/uH6YqAMKxD4

Strava is more popular IMO. Had a look at Endomondo but didn't like it. Love the fact that veloviewer.com can read Strava data, I wonder if Endomondo can do that. To top it all segment hunting is addictive!

as everyone said, both track same data. However with strava you get segments which add motivation to rides!

I use Mapmyride, just to be different... A couple of years ago when I first tried the tracking apps, I downloaded Strava, Endomondo and Mapmyride. I set them all running and went out for a ride. Mapmyride seemed to give me more data analysis without paying for an upgrade version, and most importantly it seemed to sample my position more regularly than the others so didn't chop off tight corners etc.
So I stuck to Mapmyride, though I think they're all as good as each other now. They've each gone through a number of versions since I compared them.
