Thanks for this rad I keep asking myself when is the date for the Veulta. I keep forgetting it. I certainly don't want to miss it. Looking forward to see if Chris can make it a double. Really wish he could that would certainly get to Wiggo!!!!

Do you work for the Daily mail or something? I'd like both to do well - most here probably wouldn't be riding if it weren't for Wiggo's efforts last year, the GB public are a fickle lot.

in the uk success is failure and failure is success - we are a strange bunch by and large
id like both to do well, skimmed past an article that reckoned Wiggo is calling it quits on the big tours which is a shame but hes no spring chicken

I read something a little different earlier today www.teamsky.com/ see news. I don't think many realise the level of motivation involved in staying up the top of this game. Just doing a stage would be an achievement for many, getting round a GT is a mammoth task (as it is still for many of the pros) ... to put it in context, for those of us on Strava, they complete many of the stages on a GT averaging 40kmh+ with distances over 200+ kms, in this instance with a little lump like Mont Ventoux thrown in for fun. www.strava.com/activities/67057155

I bet Laurens didn't even get a pint of Butcombe (spelt with "B") at the finish either.

True but bad sportsmanship shouldn't be excused. I like him for what he has achieved yet as a person he seems a bit difficult to get on with. That whole matter of whether he is leading for the Tdf when it was decided that Chris would get the lead was really bad. He should had been above that.

Ah come on, he's feeding a line to the media; he gives them a different story every few weeks, so the fans of pantomime can cheer, boo or hiss .

I really enjoyed watching Froome win the Tour but he's a tad dull compared to Wiggo.

Never thought of that, guess he's as bad as any other celebrity!
