Hi, having a bit of a problem. Was just tinkering with my front derailleur as felt pretty confident making adjustments, when it just lost all tension and refused to move the FD at all. Looking up towards the left shifter, something has gone awry either in the shifter mechanism in the hood itself or in the quirky barrel adjuster - there seems to be some play around there soaking up any tension I try to create. I was trying to pull a bit more tension into the cable before tightening off by the mech when it happened. Majorly peed off as was due to do an early morning ride with my brother-in-law, @sq, tomorrow - his first proper ride since picking his T3 up - but seems as though my OH will be visiting the LBS with my bike instead. Any ideas most welcome.

Cheers zoltansocrates, it's a right bummer. When you say it may have been unseated at the nipple, you mean in the shifter end? I'll check Rad's sticky on the brake set up for the T3 as may have a clue as to how to access that bit.

Cheers ZS, sad to say looking at the schematic in the pdf it looked a bit daunting to undo and work through, some of the pix were a bit unclear too, and reading somewhere else here that someone had their FD cable replaced in about five mins at Decca, I've taken the easy option. The OH is taking it to a LBS this morning, hopefully they can sort ASAP and I can ride it later/tomorrow morning. Hope it's as simple as you suspect, feels like it's just slipped through.
In other news, @sq (bro-in-law) pitched up for a rear mech tweak first thing this morning which I sorted (just a little tension adjustment). He's now out on his first proper ride as I type and I'm not a total numpty!
