Hi all
I don't know whether anyone else has had this problem but I've been having issues with rounded allen bolt heads on my Triban 5a, purchased from the Sheffield store at the end of June.
The first such problem arose when replacing the brake blocks. All but one of the little allen key heads which held the rubber blocks in the cartridges were rounded and impossible to undo in the normal way. Eventually, I got round the problem with pliers and replacement bolts.
Today, I decided to adjust the fore-aft saddle position but unfortunately, the bolt which you undo to move the saddle back and forth along its rails was also rounded. This one was in too tight to undo with pliers. Any ideas?
It's a bit frustrating that my enjoyment of what is in every other respect a superb bike is being slightly spoiled by silly little issues. I know you'll suggest taking the bike back to the store for adjustment but I'm a bit reluctant to do a 100 mile round trip for the sake of a couple of bolts.
Thanks for bearing with my little rant!

The tiny screws in brake block cartridges are infamous for becoming rounded regardless of brand! For this reason...'Clarks' supply new screws when you buy a replacement set!
Similarily....some low budget componenty features pot metal or lighter alloy bolts which are ok - but easily messed up as you have discovered. The bolts on my delicious 'RaceFace' stem, for example, are stainless steel.
The secret really is, I think to try to use good quality allen keys and the right size (and hardened) 'philips' drivers and to take care the tools are fully engaged with the bolt heads/screws. Apply enough 'downward force on tiny philips screw heads to prevent the head slipping and push allen keys all the way in.
Also...be wary of 'white-metal' allen keys. These are invariably softer than the black variety.
Not much help, I'm afraid, if you've already got knackered bolt heads! I have a few myself!!
