Yeah I've taken it all apart and spun the tyre round, reseated it, tube in, put a little air in it so help get the tyre on and keep shape, no pinching.
Tyre is fine and well until pressure gets to above 80PSI and then it pops off the rim.
I've just ordered a set of GP 4 seasons with tubes for Β£63 off Wiggle, so should be finally on the road by Friday...!!!

Fingers crossed, must be a bead issue, have you checked the rims for any damage?

Well I doubt it's the rim as it's only happening wherever I position that part of the tyre. If it was at random parts of the rim I'd be more concerned for the rim, just seems to be a 2 inch section of the tyre, practically right where the logo on the tyre is.
From what I gather with tubes, as long as the tyre is secure on the rim then the tyre can hold pressure and wont expand, any weakness then that part of the tube will expand and evidently push the tyre off the rim.
I would expect once the new tyres come and I get them on then I won't have any issues, fingers crossed anyway. Then I can see how well this 5a really does perform!
