I think its either the space is too big between the magnet on the spokes and the bit that goes on the forks or I've put the bit that goes on the forks the wrong way around so again its too far away from the magnet unfortunately I've not had a chance to adjust it yet.

You may have put the sensor on the wrong way round. The battery compartment should be facing outwards. For what it's worth I've had mine for around a year and it's been excellent.

I bought the Aldi wired one but the sensor would not pass the folk when attached to the spokes. Ended up with a Sagem 16:12 sts wireless one that's on offer at the mo in decathlon. Normally £45quid down to £27 which I think is a bargain for what it is. I had a £5 voucher making it £22. You can add a cadence sensor and you can also buy a mount to load all the data to your PC. Bargain I think for the money and well worth a look if anyone is looking for one.

No problems with an Aldi wired version here. You don't have to point the sensor towards the opposite fork leg tha knows. Just secure it at whatever angle required to give the necessary gap to the spoke magnet. Mine is to the front of the fork leg so if it gets hit by the magnet it will knock it out of the way and avoid further damage.

When the hell did you ever see me go faster than that part from maybe when I hit the deck

Hey guys. Bought this thing. Mounted it correctly i think (With batter looking outwards and magnet on sprocket). Computer shows time but seems not to communicate with sensor as no speed distance or anything else is shown. They are all Zeros. Am i doing something wrong? email

Though my Crivit cycle computer works well I found the batteries only last 2-3 days! Spent more on batteries than the £6.99 i paid for the computer...
