First of all, my first post on here so a big hello!! Just recently started thinking about taking up biking after hanging up my football boots, identified a triban 3 as a great entry level bike. I've noticed that online they seem to be disappearing, does anyone know if decathlon will be releasing more or are they a dying breed?

They are a dying breed, but you can still get them if you look around, the Warrington Shop had a few last time I was in there, also you can order online.
What area are you in, and what size are you after

What area are you in, and what size are you after I'm up in scotland mate, and to be honest i haven't a clue about bike sizes. I'm 5'11" i think i'm looking for round about a 55 but i could be way off. Never owned a road bike before.

Seems like a nice wee forum here instead of the usual smart arses you get elsewhere.

Until a couple weeks back i never knew there was so much involved in bikes, when i was a kid we just wanted cool suspension and loads of gears. A coke can jammed in the back wheel for sound and we were flying!
